Ongoing Sales at the Arboretum

 

Pat Calvert Greenhouse

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 a.m. to noon, year 'round

The Pat Calvert Greenhouse sells young trees and shrubs grown from seeds or cuttings taken mostly from Arboretum collection plants. Volunteers are present on Tuesday and Thursday mornings to help with plant selection; however, visitors are welcome to browse the greenhouse selection any day of the week and purchase plants at the Arboretum Shop, open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Location: Just south of the big greenhouse adjacent the Graham Visitors Center parking lot.)

The nursery is now closed for the 2009 season!

It will reopen in April, 2010.

Foundation volunteers sell donated plants from area gardens. Excellent selection and great values on popular and unusual plants. (Location: Near the Graham Visitors Center parking lot, just south of the greenhouses).

Display Garden Plant Sale

Saturday, February 13, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Plant Donations Nursery area

Every year, the Foundation sells plants from its display garden at the Northwest Flower & Garden Show to raise money for the Arboretum. This year's sale is on Saturday, February 13, and we'll be selling plants featured in The Winter Garden. You’ll find lovely dogwoods, hebes, conifers, rhododendrons, and more on offer. The sale will be located adjacent to the Plant Donations Nursery, just south of the Graham Visitors Center.

 

Early Bloomers Plant Sale

Saturday, April 10, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
At Plant Donations and the Pat Calvert Greenhouse

Long one of the Northwest's best-kept gardening secrets, Early Bloomers has become an area favorite. Featuring plants that bloom early in Northwest gardens and many others, the sale offers a great start on spring planting with hundreds of favorite and unusual plants. Perennials, shrubs, small trees, herbs and much more, with many surprises!

This magnificent sale, the largest in the Puget Sound region, features a glorious variety of plants from dozens of the region's specialty nurseries. Species and hybrid rhododendrons, unusual annuals, favorite and rare perennials, trees, shrubs, beautiful conifers, groundcovers, vegetable starts, grasses, vines and even more. "If you love gardening, the Arboretum Foundation's spring plant sale feels like horticultural heaven," says garden writer Ann Lovejoy.

Graham Visitors Center

Plan your garden for next year at our popular Fall Bulb & Plant Sale. The sale features the region's largest selection of spring-blooming bulbs, including tulips, daffodils, crocus, and many specialty bulbs.
